Thanks for Booking

Your appointment will be held as a provisional booking and our receptionist’s will confirm your request electronically (via email) by return.  As your booking is bespoke and everybody has their different likes/dislikes we will ensure that all online requests are reviewed by our receptionist, before being confirmed.  If there are any issues with your requested service / time slot we will contact you directly and make you a new appointment at a mutually convenient time.  This process ensures that we are able to synchronise all of our ‘Online’ and ‘Within Salon’ requests consistently.
